This class will cover the basics of setting up your kitchen and pantry up with the right tools to let you handle anything. We'll talk knives, selection, proper use, chopping, slicing, dicing, as well as sharpening.
Also tips on setting up your pantry with the must have spices and key ingredients you can use across a broad range of recipes.
